I’ve been working on gathering success stories from friends, family, co-workers, and bosses for my Reflected Best Self Exercise. The feedback I’ve gotten has been consistently positive and has led me to two thoughts on how I want to apply this exercise in future coaching.
In an individual setting, I think it’s a great confidence boosting tool that can show easily forgotten strengths. Second, in a team setting, I would use this to see how the team can maximize each person’s abilities while also allowing the team to bond over helping shine a positive light on others.
