I am so grateful for Adam’s coaching. He supported me during a transition period in my life when my self-talk was negative. Specifically, Adam helped me get comfortable with the “3 Good Things” practice, which challenged me to see three positive things from any given situation or day. This simple yet effective exercise improved my self-compassion and reminded me to give myself grace amid transition. Adam is not afraid of sifting through many different thoughts and helping the client make sense of their current situation.
