
Last week I had an opportunity to use “Tell Me More”.
A colleague in the same role as me asked for guidance on using our tool for logging records and processing contracts. She could not articulate exactly what areas she needed help with, so after getting an answer on what problems she was running into with the tool, I asked “tell me more” – leading to a more detailed explanation that showed her struggles came from when to use the tool, not how. We were then able to use our time more effectively and work on where she was truly struggling.
