My second, 3-day in-person “intensive” was this past week for my Executing Strategic Change course – it was as thought-provoking yet different than my first one.
My main takeaway was from the case study exercise where, in groups, we had an entire morning to develop a recommendation for where to place a new leadership position in an organization. Seeing each group’s analysis and thought-process was useful, but it felt like a glimpse into what being a change management consultant is like, and I enjoyed it!
