My Immunity Map

Last week I had an assignment to create an immunity map – this tool works to help you make an adaptive self-change by choosing a goal and seeing what actions, hidden/competing commitments, and major assumptions are blocking this.

It forced me to be vulnerable and honest with myself, and I’m thankful for it. My commitment is to “Worry less about what others think”, but my fear of failure and comparing myself to others to measure “success” are working against this, which was tough to acknowledge. However, this made it easier to start making the necessary efforts towards reaching my goal.
